Arab Finance: The Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Hassan El-Khatib has laid the foundation stone of the Japanese Otsuka Group’s factory for nutritional supplements in the 10^th of Ramadan City, according to a statement.

The factory is set to manufacture health drinks with a total investment of EGP 1 billion.

The project will initially focus on manufacturing Otsuka’s Oronamin C drink, aiming to meet the demand of the local market and export to African and Gulf countries.

This move is a part of the country’s commitment to creating an open and dynamic investment landscape that can compete on a global scale, El-Khatib noted.
