Government sets ceiling for tax fines under legislative amendments: Kouchouk

Arab Finance: The Egyptian Minister of Finance Ahmed Kouchouk has announced new legislative amendments, including setting a ceiling for tax fines, Asharq Business reported.

The amendments stipulate that tax fines shall not exceed 100% of the original tax, the minister said.

This is in addition to offering significant benefits to main financiers and resolving all disputes.
