Egypt, Italy launch RoRo shipping line

Arab Finance: The new roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) shipping line connecting Egypt’s Damietta Port with Italy’s Port of Trieste is launched, as per an official statement.

It aims to facilitate the transport of agricultural commodities between Egypt and Italy and open new markets for Egyptian agricultural exports in Italy and Europe.

The line is set to be operational on November 29^th, with the first ship heading to Port of Trieste from Damietta Port.
