Arab Finance: The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has granted seven major companies in the outsourcing and call center industry licenses to establish and operate call centers in Egypt, as per a statement.
The companies granted licenses include Vodafone International Services, Raya Contact Center, Exceed, Concentrix, Capgemini Egypt, Genpact Egypt, and TTIC Egypt.
Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat noted that the collaboration has been key to improving Egypt's outsourcing environment, enhancing its position as a competitive destination for international businesses in the outsourcing sector.
He also highlighted the ministry’s ongoing dialogue with companies to address challenges and create a favorable business climate.
