Arab Finance: The Suez Canal Authority (SCA) signed a cooperation agreement with Maersk Training to bolster human resource capabilities within the SCA by introducing advanced training programs, as per a statement.

Under the agreement, Maersk Training will deliver specialized courses in leadership and crisis management, in addition to the ‘Train the Trainer’ programs, leveraging expertise from certified professionals.

This collaboration seeks to establish two centers of excellence at the SCA's training academy, focusing on modern leadership techniques and crisis response.

The academy, set to open early next year, aims to provide training aligned with international standards to SCA employees and external clients.

SCA's Chairman Osama Rabie emphasized the authority’s commitment to human capital development as part of its broader strategy to stay at the forefront of the maritime industry.
