El-Khatib mulls Türkiye’s ENKA investment plans in Egypt  

Arab Finance: Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Hassan El-Khatib has met with Mehmet Tara, Chairman of Türkiye’s ENKA, to discuss the company’s investment plans in Egypt, according to a statement.

The potential plans will be focused on energy, infrastructure, airport and hospital development, healthcare, and real estate. 

During the meeting, El-Khatib highlighted Egypt’s investment opportunities across various sectors of interest to ENKA.

The minister also discussed ENKA’s expansion plans in Egypt, particularly in public-private partnership projects, data centers, healthcare, and real estate. 

He emphasized the country’s readiness to attract more Turkish investments, reflecting the strong bilateral relations between Cairo and Ankara. 

ENKA is a leading Turkish company specializing in infrastructure projects, renewable energy, real estate investment, commercial centers, and oil and gas projects.
