Arab Finance: Egypt Healthcare Authority (EHA) announced a strategic cooperation with Yodawy to enhance healthcare services in Egypt, according to an official statement.
The partnership aims to offer innovative tech-based solutions to patients, enabling them seamless access to medicines and healthcare services.
Under this collaboration, both sides will study the possibility of linking Yodawy’s platform with pharmacies and clinics affiliated to the EHA. This step is set to facilitate access to the authority’s services for beneficiaries of the healthcare system and private medical insurance.
Moreover, the partnership targets to provide more than 400,000 electronic prescriptions, reducing medical errors and accelerating the process of obtaining medicines.
Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of EHA, stated that the authority will extend its partnerships with startups as well as continue developing innovative strategies to enhance the national healthcare system.
