Rubex inks protocol with SRTA City for collaborative applied research

Arab Finance: Rubex International for Plastic and Acrylic Manufacturing (RUBEX) has signed a joint cooperation protocol with the City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications (SRTA-City), according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The protocol outlines plans for collaborative applied research between researchers at the city and officials at Rubex's Research and Development Center.
The areas of focus include energy sources and alternatives, materials engineering, water treatment technology, and other fields aimed at advancing industrial and human development.
Established in 1987, the company succeeded in the plastic and acrylic sector in Egypt and across the region. It has plastic factories, a pelletizing and washing factory, acrylic factories, a shower cabinet factory, a glass tempering and chapping factory, urea products factory, facilities for solid surfaces, a polyester products factory, and a plastic chrome treating line.
