General Authority for Roads plans to complete 4 new projects for EGP 14.6B

Arab Finance: The General Authority for Roads and Bridges and Land Transport is seeking to complete four new road projects at a total cost of EGP 14.6 billion as part of the third phase of the national roads project launched in 2014, according to a government document seen by Asharq Business.

The projects, covering a total length of 525 kilometers, are expected to be completed by June 2025, an official told Asharq.

Egypt, which has invested EGP 2 trillion in the transportation sector over the past decade, is focused on completing the construction and development of new roads, bridges, and axes as part of its ongoing infrastructure expansion plan.
