Mena for Touristic Investment, Concrete Plus to build multi-purpose commercial project

Arab Finance: Mena for Touristic and Real Estate Investment inked a partnership agreement with Concrete Plus Engineering and Construction to build a multi-purpose commercial project, according to a bourse filing.

The development scheme will be established on land spanning 10 feddans, owned by the EGX-listed firm.

Mena for Touristic Investment will hold 36% of the project’s revenues following the ordinary general meeting’s (AGM) approval.

Mena, established in 1980, operates in the fields of construction, real estate investment, project management, and urban development both locally and internationally.
