Pioneers Properties logs EGP 43.2B contracted sales in 2024

Arab Finance: Pioneers Properties for Urban Development recorded contracted sales valued at EGP 43.2 billion in 2024, according to a bourse statement released on February 23^rd.

The group plans to launch several fully integrated projects in 2025, with targeted sales exceeding EGP 70 billion.

The development projects will cater to the needs of the Egyptian market, featuring luxurious residential units, commercial and administrative complexes, and hotel apartments.

Pioneers Properties allocated nearly EGP 4.3 billion for the construction works to deliver over 1,600 residential units across its development schemes in 2025.

The EGX-listed group delivered more than 19,000 residential units over the past 20 years. It currently has nearly 80,000 residents across an area spanning 7.5 million square meters.

These projects are located in East and West Cairo, the Mediterranean, and the Red Sea.
