Arab Finance: Gold prices in Egypt plummeted on Tuesday, with the 24-karat price dropping to EGP 4,708.5 per gram for buying and EGP 4,737.25 for selling, iSagha’s data showed.
Likewise, the 22-karat gold price declined to EGP 4,316.25 per gram for purchasing and EGP 4,342.5 for selling.
The 21-karat gold also fell to EGP 4,120 per gram for buying and EGP 4,145 for selling.
As for the 18-karat gold, the price decreased to EGP 3,531.5 per gram for buying and EGP 3,552.75 for selling.
The gold pound’s price retreated to EGP 32,960 for buying and EGP 33,160 for selling.
Prices of gold ounces went down to $2,938.48 for purchasing and $2,938.75 for selling.
