Gold prices in Egypt record surge on Thursday

Arab Finance: Gold prices in Egypt increased on Thursday after the 24-karat price went up to EGP 4,662.75 per gram for buying and EGP 4,685.75 for selling, according to iSagha’s data.

The 22-karat gold price hiked to EGP 4,274.25 per gram for purchasing and EGP 4,295.25 for selling.

The 21-karat gold recorded EGP 4,080 per gram for buying and EGP 4,100 for selling.

Likewise, the 18-karat gold surged to EGP 3,497.25 per gram for buying and EGP 3,514.25 for selling.

The gold pound’s price climbed to EGP 32,640 for buying and EGP 32,800 for selling.

Meanwhile, the price of gold ounces edged down to $2,887.96 for purchasing and $2,882.23 for selling.
