Madbouly announces Eid El-Fitr holiday

Arab Finance: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly declared the period from Saturday, March 29^th, to Tuesday, April 1^st, an official holiday in celebration of Eid El-Fitr, according to a statement.

The holiday will be paid for employees of ministries, government agencies, public authorities, local administration units, and public-sector companies.

In case the crescent moon of Shawwal indicates that Monday, March 31^st, is the first day of Eid, the holiday will be extended until Wednesday, April 2^nd.
