Cabinet unveils NUCA's approval for companies to allocate lands in US dollars

Arab Finance: The Cabinet announced the New Urban Communities Authority’s (NUCA) approval for allocating certain plots of land to a number of companies under the sale system in US dollars from abroad, according to a statement.

The schemes will cover integrated urban, administrative, commercial, residential, hotel, and retail activities in the cities of October Gardens, New Assiut, New Damietta, 10th of Ramadan, Al Shorouk, Obour, and 6th of October.

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly announced the approval during the Cabinet's meeting on April 9th.
