Arab Finance: Sixth of October Development and Investment Company (SODIC) plans to develop an integrated urban project in partnership with MIDAR, Asharq Business reported.
The joint development project will span 1,000 feddans and will include residential, commercial, hotel, and administrative units.
Meanwhile, SODIC is negotiating for a land plot within the 5,800-feddan Midar City project.
The agreement between the two companies is expected to be reached during the third quarter of 2025.
Established in 2006, MIDAR owns a land portfolio of approximately 11,000 acres in East Cairo, near the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
The real estate developer launched the Mada project in 2024, which aims to accommodate 500,000 people, with investments expected to reach $14 billion.
