Arab Finance: The General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) participated in the international conference on state dispute management and prevention, held in the Moroccan capital of Rabat, according to a statement.
Iman Mansour, Director of GAFI Investors Disputes Settlement Center (IDSC), outlined the Egyptian experience in investment dispute resolution, which relies on direct negotiation mechanisms and amicable solutions to resolve disputes.
This approach aims to boost investor confidence and ensure continued investment flows within an investment-supportive legislative and economic environment.
Moreover, the sessions highlighted strategic themes, such as governance, arbitration, digitization, and prevention strategies for dispute management.
Several attendees hailed Egypt's experience in mediation, which has successfully resolved hundreds of disputes at the lowest possible cost.
