Arab Finance: As Egypt’s digital economy accelerates, technology firms are playing a pivotal role in driving business transformation and regional connectivity. The country’s ICT sector is projected to reach $53.11 billion by 2030, according to ‘Egypt’s ICT Market Growth Trends and Forecasts’ report by Mordor Intelligence.
In this rapidly evolving landscape, innovation and tailored digital solutions are at the forefront of this progress.
La Casa Code, a leading business solutions provider and member of Al-Meshri Group, has rapidly expanded its footprint across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Morocco, empowering organizations to thrive in an increasingly digital landscape.
In this interview, Mustafa Dahshan, CEO of La Casa Code, shares insights on the company’s growth strategy, its approach to client partnerships, and the trends shaping the future of technology in the MENA region.
1-Can you give our readers an overview of La Casa Code?
La Casa Code is a full-service business solutions company headquartered in Egypt, and proudly part of Al-Meshri Group (KSA). While our main office operates from Cairo, we also have a growing presence in key markets such as Saudi Arabia and Morocco, allowing us to better serve clients across the MENA region.
We empower businesses through custom digital solutions, from web and mobile applications to enterprise systems and specialized technology platforms tailored to solve real-world challenges, whether for ambitious startups or large-scale enterprises.
Our team brings together creative designers, experienced developers, and strategic minds to deliver impactful, results-driven products across industries like education, fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce.
2-What percentage of your current projects involve AI/ML components? And what tangible ROI or efficiency gains (with specific metrics if possible) have you observed for clients adopting these advanced technologies?
Roughly 35% of our active projects now include AI or ML components, a figure that has been growing steadily.
The benefits we have observed are significant: clients implementing AI-based solutions have seen up to 40% improvements in process efficiency and up to 25% cost reductions in customer service operations.
For example, one of our retail clients leveraged our AI-driven analytics to streamline operations, resulting in a 30% reduction in operational costs and a 40% increase in sales.
3- What distinguishes La Casa Code from other companies in the sector?
Our strength lies in the intersection of personalization, deep industry insight, and technology innovation. While many firms deliver code, we focus on delivering value.
We take time to understand our clients' business models, key performance indicators (KPIs), and growth challenges, and we act not just as developers, but as technology partners.
Additionally, our agile, transparent, and client-centric process ensures continuous collaboration and rapid iteration.
4-How does La Casa Code build long-term partnerships with clients? And what do you see as the key to maintaining client trust and satisfaction?
Trust is built over time, and we prioritize that from day one. We offer continuous post-launch support, frequent project check-ins, and KPIs tracking dashboards so our clients stay in control.
By integrating feedback loops and being flexible with evolving client needs, we have turned many one-time projects into multi-year partnerships, and we make sure to truly listen to our clients, understanding not just their business goals but their vision and challenges as people behind the business.
5-Can you share a success story where La Casa Code's solutions led to a significant, measurable improvement for a client?
One of our clients in the automotive spare parts sector was struggling to streamline their B2B and B2C sales operations. We developed a dedicated B2B sales platform alongside a tailored B2C e-commerce solution to address their specific challenges.
Within just nine months, the client achieved a 19% reduction in operational costs and a 28% increase in overall sales.
This not only helped them retain their existing customers but also enabled them to expand their reach to new client segments
6-What major trends do you see shaping your industry, and how is La Casa Code responding?
Key trends like AI adoption, low-code platforms, and SME digital transformation are reshaping the tech landscape.
At La Casa Code, we are responding by integrating AI into client solutions, using low-code tools to speed up development, and guiding businesses through these changes with expert support and regular knowledge sessions. This helps them stay competitive in a fast-evolving digital world.
7-La Casa Code positions itself as a partner for leading enterprises and SMEs. Could you quantify the growth trajectory of La Casa Code in terms of revenue or client acquisition over the past three to five years?
Over the past five years, we have achieved a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of approximately 27% in revenue.
Our client base has expanded from just a few startups to over 120 active clients across Egypt, the Gulf, and parts of Europe. The majority of our growth has been organic, driven by client referrals and successful project outcomes.
8-The Egyptian ICT market is projected to reach $53.11 billion by 2030 with a CAGR of 17.61%. How does La Casa Code leverage this booming market? And what specific challenges or opportunities do you see for businesses in Egypt undergoing digital transformation?
Egypt’s booming ICT sector is a tremendous opportunity. We are leveraging it by focusing on digital transformation for traditional businesses and by collaborating with government-supported programs.
One challenge is the digital skill gap, but we tackle this by investing in talent development through internships and training. The opportunities lie in sectors like logistics, education, and healthcare, where digitization is still emerging.
9-Looking ahead to the next three to five years, what are the key strategic priorities for La Casa Code? Are there specific new industries or geographic markets you aim to penetrate, and what kind of growth targets are you setting?
Our key strategic priorities for the next three to five years focus on strengthening our presence across the Middle East and North Africa, with a focus on strategic depth and quality of service, rather than just rapid expansion.
We are also working on deeper AI integration within our core offerings and preparing to launch cost-effective, high-impact e-commerce solutions designed to help startups boost their sales and scale efficiently.
Additionally, we aim to achieve 3x growth in our enterprise client base and continue building long-term value through innovation and trusted partnerships.
