Orascom Construction completes 5.6% share buyback on Nasdaq Dubai

Arab Finance: Orascom Construction PLC has purchased 6.517 million of its own shares on Nasdaq Dubai for $3.0 per share, according to a statement set to the Egyptian Bourse on June 6^th.

The share repurchased represents 5.58% of the company’s total issued shares.

The company will keep these shares as treasury shares until writing them off after three months from the date of the buyback.
