ArabFinance: Suez Canal’s revenues grew by 45.6% year-on-year (YoY) in January, hitting $717 million, Chairman Osama Rabie told Asharq Business on February 1st.
He added that a total of 1,953 vessels crossed the waterway last month, with a growth rate of 21.25% YoY.
Meanwhile, net tonnage increased by 15.7% to 110.6 million tons, he noted.
