ICAO MID’s A-SMGCS kicks off in Egypt

Arab Finance: The Regional Seminar on Advanced Surface Movement Guidance and Control System (A-SMGCS), organized by ICAO MID, has kicked off in Luxor, Egypt on January 30^th, according to a statement by the Ministry of Civil Aviation.

In coordination with the Civil Aviation Authority, the three-day event is being held under the auspices of Egyptian Airports Company.

The seminar aims at following up on the latest updates in activating the advanced guidance and controlling systems of air traffic at airports.

Several top officials and executives from Arab and African countries are participating in the event.
