Arab Finance: Toma for Commercial and Industrial Investments and Maged Samir Toma Thomas have wrapped a deal to acquire 544.536 million shares in Dice Sport and Casual Wear in a transaction worth a total of EGP 435.628 million, or EGP 0.80 per share, as per an announcement by the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) previously approved a request submitted by the consortium on amending the price of their preliminary mandatory tender offer (MTO) submitted earlier for 46.9%, or 838.138 million shares, of Dice.
