Arab Finance: The ordinary and extraordinary general meetings of Nozha International Hospital (NIH) have approved an EGP 43.945 million increase in its issued capital, according to a filing sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 24th.
The capital raise will be distributed over 43.945 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 1 per share, provided that the company is set to distribute a 0.333-for-1 bonus share.
Accordingly, the company’s issued capital shall increase to EGP 175.781 million from EGP 131.835 million.
It is worth mentioning that Nozha International Hospital reported a 17.1% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit after tax during the first quarter (Q1) of 2023, registering EGP 21.112 million, compared to EGP 18.033 million.
Egypt-based Nozha International is a shareholding company operating in the field of healthcare facilities management.
