Arab Finance: The Egyptian Planning and Budget Committee of the House of Representatives has approved referring the draft law enabling Egyptians abroad to import customs-free cars to the parliament’s coming general session to be discussed, as per a statement.

The cabinet had approved previously a new draft law on granting Egyptian expats facilities which were referred to the parliament, Minister for Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Soha Gendi said.

She added that the draft law, if approved, would allow Egyptians overseas to benefit from the tax-free car import initiative for another three-month period.
