Arab Finance: Raya Holding for Financial Investments has launched Raya Nexus, its latest wholly owned portfolio company specializing in enterprise AI solutions, with an issued capital of EGP 250 million, according to a bourse filing.
In its initial phase, Raya Nexus will offer a suite of AI solutions targeting banks, fintech companies, and organizations handling high volumes of customer interactions. Its program includes credit decisioning, collections optimization, customer value management, and customer engagement solutions across voice and digital channels.
The solutions are designed to integrate with existing technology infrastructure while meeting institutions’ demands for data security, governance, and compliance.
Raya Nexus has also expanded its regional presence from Riyadh, alongside its participation in Money20/20 Middle East 2026, as it seeks to expand across regional markets, starting with Egypt and the GCC region.
It is worth noting that the group’s board approved the establishment during its meeting on May 13, 2026.
