US dollar trades above EGP 54 at local banks mid-Sunday

Arab Finance: The USD-EGP exchange rate was above the EGP 54 mark at some local banks mid-Sunday, November 8.

By 12:07 pm, the US dollar traded at EGP 54.14 for buying and EGP 54.24 for selling at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Banque Misr, and the Commercial International Bank (CIB).

Meanwhile, it reached EGP 53.87 for purchase and EGP 53.97 for sale at Al Baraka Bank.
