Remittances from Egyptian Abroad Surge

Remittances from Egyptians abroad surged to $20 billion between July and January of fiscal year (FY) 2024/25, up from $11 billion in the same period of FY 2023/24, marking an 81% YoY growth, according to the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
