Egypt’s Budget Deficit Falls

Egypt's budget deficit for the period from July 2024 to February 2025 decreased to EGP 879.3 billion, down from EGP 898.1 billion in the previous fiscal year (FY) 2023/2024, marking a 2.1% year-over-year (YoY) drop, according to the Ministry of Finance.
