Egypt's Net International Reserves Rise in June

Egypt’s net international reserves (NIR) increased to $34.806 billion at the end of June of this year, up by 4.3% from $33.38 billion in June 2022, Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced.

Main components of Egypt’s NIR are $27.04 billion in foreign currencies, $7.74 billion in gold and $27 million in Special drawing rights (SDRs).
