M&A Deals in MENA Region Remain Resilient in 2023

In 2023, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the MENA region displayed notable resilience, with a total deal value of $86 billion, reflecting a 4% year-on-year (YoY) growth rate, as per data from Ernst & Young.

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries stood out, recording 565 deals valued at $83 billion.
