Export Subsidy in Egypt since 2019

Since 2019, Egypt has provided a total export subsidy of EGP 67 billion, according to the Egyptian Ministry of Finance.

Over 3,000 companies have benefited from these subsidies.

The Egyptian government increased the financial allocations for subsidies, grants, and social benefits in the current fiscal year’s (FY) budget to EGP 635.9 billion.
