Arab Finance: The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has signed a contract with the healthcare services provider NHMC Egypt to allocate a plot of land for the establishment of an integrated educational medical urban project in Shorouk city, with investments of $300 million, as per a statement.
The project is set to be established on a 47-feddan area, as 65% of the area will be allocated for the urban part, while the remaining 35% of the land will be allocated for an educational medical city.
The project will include the first British medical schools and educational hospital in the Middle East, in cooperation with The University of Buckingham.
Moreover, it will comprise a hospital for maxillofacial surgeries, an elderly care center, a sports academy, an international English school, and other residential and commercial buildings.
