iSON Xperiences to expand in UK, Europe via acquisition
Updated 3/26/2024 11:47:00 AMArab Finance: iSON Xperiences, a customer experience management (CXM) firm, has acquired the UK-based EC Outsourcing Company to expand into the British and European markets, as per an emailed press release.
This expansion will boost iSON Xperiences' offshoring capacities in Egypt, South Africa, India, and other strategic locations.
The acquisition also allows potential clients to directly cooperate with iSON Xperiences as a leading African entity and benefit from its expertise and in-depth understanding of the continent’s offshoring landscape to ensure offering seamless business process outsourcing (BPO) services to European markets.
“Our goal is to establish a presence in the UK and Europe while expanding our offshoring opportunities from key destinations such as South Africa, India, Egypt, Kenya, and Rwanda,” Global CEO of iSON Xperiences Pravin Kumar commented.
