SODIC, Marriott International to launch Tribute brand in Egypt

Arab Finance: SODIC and Marriott International have signed a partnership agreement to introduce the Tribute Portfolio brand to two of SODIC’s projects in Egypt, as per a statement.
These hotels, located in West Cairo and the North Coast, will join Tribute portfolio’s global list of independent hotels known for their unique designs and exceptional hospitality experience.
The first Tribute Portfolio Hotel is scheduled to open in 2027 at Forty West, SODIC's residential complex in West Cairo. It will feature 170 guestrooms, including 48 suites, as well as multiple dining options and recreational facilities.
Located in the heart of SODIC West, the hotel will be in close proximity to the Sphinx Airport, the Grand Egyptian Museum, and the Pyramids of Giza.
The second Tribute Portfolio hotel is set to open in 2029 in June, SODIC’s Miami-inspired beachfront destination in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast.
This hotel will include 180 rooms and a range of restaurants and leisure facilities, including a sandy beach, pristine seawater, residential villas, and hotel apartments.
The new openings in Egypt will expand Marriott’s presence in egypt, where it currently operates 18 properties with more than 7,000 rooms.
