China’s Cosco Shipping to invest $375M in Egyptian seaports in 2024

Arab Finance: China-based Cosco Shipping Ports is planning to invest $375 million in Egyptian seaports, such as Ain Sokhna port, within 2024, Asharq Business reported, citing CFO Zhao Feng Nian.

The new investments will be directed toward raising the shipping capacity of the Chinese firm’s container ships at Egyptian ports, Zhao pointed out.
