Egypt to offer Berenice to investors

Arab Finance: Egypt is planning to offer the Berenice area to investors among five locations on the Red Sea coast, Assistant Minister of Housing Abdelkhaleq Ibrahim told Asharq Business.

Additionally, Ibrahim said that the first phase of the Ras El Hikma project covers 10,000 feddans on the Mediterranean coast.

This phase is scheduled for development as of 2025 for three years, he added.
