Heliopolis Housing approves capital increase through bonus shares

Arab Finance: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development's (HELI) board of directors has approved a capital increase from EGP 333.77 million to EGP 1 billion, as per a disclosure.

The capital increase of EGP 667.543 million will be distributed across 1.335 billion shares, with a nominal value of EGP 0.25 per share.

Accordingly, 2-for-1 bonus shares will be disbursed, financed from 2023 profits.
