Egypt's economic recovery set to revitalize oil sector: Eni CFO

Arab Finance: Eni’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Francesco Gattei expressed optimism about Egypt’s improving macroeconomic landscape, signaling a bright future for the country’s oil sector, Asharq Business reported.

As Egypt’s economic stability gains momentum, international firms, including Eni, are expected to ramp up their activities in the country, Gattei highlighted.

Gatti also confirmed that Eni is preparing to resume operations at Egypt’s Zohr gas field, with plans to restore a portion of its gas production by early 2025.
