Arab Finance: ALEXBANK has appointed Paolo Vivona as Executive Member of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Director and Antonio Bergalio as Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO, as per an emailed press release.

This decision came after obtaining the official approval from relevant regulatory authorities.

Paolo Vivona has over 35 years of extensive experience in banking and business development, including 27 years in management roles.

Vivona succeeds Dante Campioni, who has led ALEXBANK as CEO and Managing Director from January 2015 until September 2024.

Meanwhile, Antonio Bergalio enjoys more than 30 years of experience in the banking sector, including 22 years in managerial roles at Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
