El Dokani enjoys more than 21 years of experience with Holcim, having held leadership roles in several countries.
He began his career serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Algeria and later served as CEO in Nigeria, Iraq, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
El Dokani holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and accounting from Alexandria University.
Lafarge Egypt operates a cement plant in Ain Sokhna with an annual production capacity of 9.5 million tons.
The company also runs over seven ready-mix concrete production sites in Egypt and manages Geocycle Egypt, which focuses on waste management and alternative fuels.
