Arab Finance: El Attal Holding is seeking to list 28% of its shares on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) during the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the group’s Chairman Ahmed El Attal told Al Borsa News.
The group is currently working on fulfilling all the requirements necessary for listing, with CI Capital managing the offering, El Attal noted.
He pointed out that the company aims to implement a new securitization issuance worth EGP 600 million in cooperation with the Commercial International Bank (CIB) this year. This will support the company’s growth plan to deliver projects according to the specified timetable.
Moreover, the group targets to expand in the real estate market during the coming period by launching diverse projects in different locations, the Chairman added.
