Emaar Misr pens deal with MIDAR for EGP 100B development project

Arab Finance: Emaar Misr Properties inked a strategic partnership agreement with MIDAR for the new Mivida project, with investments amounting to EGP 100 billion, according to a press release.

Located in New Cairo, the new integrated residential project covers an area of 500 acres on the Cairo-Suez Road.

The development features more than 2,900 residential units, including villas and apartments, a sports club, and a school.

The housing units will range in size from 200 to 600 square meters, with three to seven rooms.

It is worth highlighting that the new Mivida project aligns with Emaar Misr's expansion plans in the Egyptian real estate market.

The real estate developer aims to scale up its project portfolio in key locations, extend its footprint in Egypt, and contribute to achieving urban development.
