Arab Finance: Magnom Properties, a subsidiary of the Saudi Rawabi Holding Group, has partnered with the BMW-owned Designworks to design a sensory façade for Forbes International Tower in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, Asharq Business reported.
In response to the tower’s broader environmental and natural context, Designworks will enrich its design and experience through applying sensorial stimuli, CEO of Rawabi Holding Othman Ibrahim noted.
As per the partnership, Designworks will design the towers façade in compliance with BMW’s vision, which integrates design, technology, and innovation.
The façade is set to be built by using glass, steel, and photovoltaic panels.
The tower is an ambitious project that aims to elevate the standards of sustainable design and widen the horizons of modern construction, CEO of Magnom Properties Maged Marie said.
