Communication Ministry, Xceed to develop AI-driven App for call center quality assurance

Arab Finance: The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has signed a cooperation agreement with the multilingual business process outsourcing service provider Xceed to develop an application to ensure quality assurance in call centers using artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, as per a statement.

This cooperation aims to harness AI technology to improve work efficiency and develop the telecommunications industry, supporting efforts to develop the outsourcing industry in Egypt, Minister of Communications Amr Talaat emphasized.

For his part, Managing Director and CEO of Telecom Egypt Mohamed Nasr asserted that AI-powered apps have been an integral part of the future of technological services.
