Arab Finance: Türkiye-based industrial developer Polaris Parks is planning to set up two industrial zones in Egypt; one in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and the other in the 6th of October City, Asharq Business reported, citing the Turkish Ambassador to Egypt Salih Mutlu ?en.
The NAC industrial zone will comprise 500 factories and offer 25,000 job opportunities, while the other zone will be built on a 5.4 million-square-meter area, the ambassador said.
The infrastructure and superstructure investments of both projects are expected to be completed within two to three years, and the factories are set to be established within five to 10 years.
Moreover, the Turkish firm is currently in talks with the Egyptian authorities to develop another zone near Cairo.
