Labor Ministry announces Labor Day holiday for private sector

ArabFinance: The Egyptian Minister of Labor Mohamed Gobran announced May 1st as a holiday for the private sector on the occasion of Labor Day, according to a statement.

However, if the business owner decides Labor Day would be a normal working day, the employee gets double the payment on that day.
